Dear Resident Family and Representatives,

We have been completing regular Covid-19 testing with colleagues. The testing is completed prior to the commencement of each shift to make sure we reduce the risk of transmission amongst staff and residents. We seem to have recovered from the outbreak in February and remain out of incident.

We have had one positive test result on the 9th April.

What does this mean?

This means that we will continue to test colleagues prior to each shift and residents only if they are displaying symptoms of covid. The use of face masks and lateral flow tests will remain in place for all visitors.

How does this affect you?

We continue to follow the guidance and allow visitors for 30 minutes per visit.

How long will this last?

If there are any further positive cases before the 23rd April we will go back into incident. We will inform you of any further positive tests as we receive results.

If you require any further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

The booking system remains open.

Thank you for your support.

Warm regards,

Neil Reid

Director.
