Additional Information

At Crick, we endeavour to give the highest standards of care. We produce surveys every six months. The summarised results get reported at our monthly Management Meeting. They are also made available to the Care Inspectorate Wales. These surveys give residents, prospective residents, and their families an opening to give us feedback. We are always open to suggestions and ideas that can help improve the service. Here at Crick Care Home, we realise that person-centred care involves including residents and families regularly. We can then deliver care with the finer details included in the care package we offer.
